Payment

We guarantee up to three team slots per institution. Additional slots will be allocated round-robin fashion to teams whose registration information is complete and fees are paid. After registration closes, all fourth team requests will be filled, followed by fifth, etc. until all available slots are filled.  


You may add multiple teams, guests, or additional t-shirts by clicking "Add to Cart" multiple times, or adjust the quantities in your shopping cart prior to checking out.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you have paid for a team and the team cancels prior to the registration deadline, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between the registration deadline and approximately one week before the contest, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds the last week prior to the contest.
  • Exceptions may be granted based on unavoidable circumstances (such as the fires in 2018).

Shirts for Team members, coaches, and guests are included
in the fees. Additional shirts may be purchased for take-away.
